Delete your Nutriguide account & data

Nutriguide (package com.nutriguide.nutriapp on Google Play) is operated by Raj Information Systems. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated personal data.

Option 1 — Delete in the Nutriguide app (recommended)

Open the Nutriguide app and sign in.
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account & data.
Type DELETE to confirm. If you use email and password, enter your current password.
Confirm deletion. You will be signed out and your account-linked data is removed from our servers.

Deletion in the app is processed immediately after you confirm (typically within a few seconds).

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address on your Nutriguide account:

Send email to privacy@nutriguide.app.
Subject: Nutriguide account deletion request
Include your account email address and confirmation that you want your Nutriguide account and personal data deleted.

We verify your identity using the account email, then complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law. We will email you when finished or if we need more information.

Data that is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize:

Account profile (name, email, username) and login credentials
OAuth identifiers (Google, Apple, Facebook) linked to your account
Dietary preferences, allergens, nutrition goals, and related settings
Barcode scan history and product lookup history tied to your account
Shopping lists and meal plans
Nutrition intake logs
Saved restaurant favorites and restaurant order click history
Product reviews, coaching requests, and recommendation activity tied to your account
Push notification tokens associated with your account

Data that may be kept

Shared product catalog data (barcode, nutrition facts from public databases) — not personal health data and not linked to you after deletion
Server logs (e.g. IP address, timestamps) for security and fraud prevention — retained up to 90 days, then rotated or deleted
Aggregated or de-identified analytics that cannot reasonably identify you
Records required by law (e.g. tax, legal holds) for the minimum period required
